Change of Mind, Refunds & Exchanges
We do not currently offer in-store refunds for online purchases. Please contact our customer care team to arrange a refund or exchange.
To ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases, we offer change of mind returns within 28 days from the date of purchase or receipt of delivery. Proof of purchase is required. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at contact@pecbaby.com.
All items eligible for return must be in their original condition.
Items purchased as part of a multi-buy offer must be returned with all items included in the offer, as we do not offer partial returns.
Customer contact details (order number, first name, surname) are required for any refunds or exchanges to be processed. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment or another appropriate method. We support most international payment methods.
If the original transaction included the use of a gift card, the same amount will be credited back to a gift card. Items must be returned by post or to one of our stores. Click here for the online returns form, which must accompany all online returns to ensure proper processing.
SALE items are eligible for exchange only under the terms stated above.
Faulty Items
If your item(s) is faulty, we will happily provide a refund or exchange with proof of purchase. If proof of purchase is unavailable, an exchange will be offered at the current online value.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item valued over $60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returning to Store
If your item is found to be faulty, we will cover the postage cost. If you have changed your mind, you are welcome to return your item, but you will need to cover the postage cost yourself.
